Striker Darian MacKinnon is poised to join Ayr United on an emergency temporary transfer after the international break after both clubs reached agreement on Wednesday. The loan will be for a maximum of three months and we have the right to recall him anytime after a minimum of 28 days have been served. Billy Reid commented, "Darian joined us towards the end of pre-season, so he was initially a bit behind the rest of the squad but he has worked very hard since and just needs games. This spell at Ayr will help him in that."
